Confidentiality of the review process

Manuscripts under review are confidential. Reviewer identities are not disclosed to authors, and author identities are withheld from reviewers under Double-anonymized peer review. Review correspondence is disclosed outside the editorial process only where a research-integrity investigation or a legal obligation requires it.

Sharing

Citation metadata for published articles is shared publicly and with registration and indexing services -- that is the point of publishing. Where the platform's optional AI-assisted tools are enabled by the operator, manuscript text may be transmitted to the configured AI provider for that specific request; the provider, model, and a hash of the input are recorded in the audit log. Personal data is not sold, and is not used for advertising.

Your requests

Write to editorial@qcaij.com to access, correct, or ask for deletion of your personal data. Two limits apply: the scholarly record of a published article, including its authorship, cannot be erased, and material required for an integrity investigation or by law is retained.
